Ballaratprimavera offers luxury accommodation nestled in a one-and-a-half acre secluded garden only eight minutes by car to the centre of Ballarat.

The whole house can be rented or rooms can be rented singly. There are four spacious bedrooms, all with lovely garden views and each with an ensuite, with one with facilities for disabled guests. The house accommodates two people per room.

The house is spacious and built of rammed earth with in floor heating and air conditioning. There are several common areas in the house; all areas allowing privacy and seclusion: a large sitting room area with an enclosed Cheminées Philippe fireplace, a central courtyard and a large north-facing patio.

There is a large kitchen with Miele appliances and a ten seat oak table and a fully equipped laundry. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet is available throughout, as well as gym equipment, indoor solar heated lap pool. Bicycles are provided.

Secure off street parking is available inside the property. The owners can converse in Italian and French.
