Exceptional accommodation in the 'heavens' above Ballarat in the historic Monastery, constructed in 1891. This grandiose building was a standout during the Victorian era providing homes to The Redemptorist religious order.

Large light-filled apartment containing four bedrooms - two queen beds (one with brand new ensuite) and two double bedrooms. Three bedrooms have built-in-robes and all have windows with views overlooking Ballarat. Modern kitchen fitted with stainless steel appliances as well as a formal lounge and dining areas. Fully operational bell and clock tower are also unique elements to this historic apartment.

Sit on the apartment's private Juliette balcony, overlooking the expansive gardens, respectful renovations and meticulous upkeep, all within close proximity to the popular Lake Wendouree. A short walk to Wendouree train station (to travel directly to Melbourne) and Stockland shopping precinct.
