All their bread and pastries are made on premises everyday and they use local organic ingredients sourced within one hundred mile radius when possible, such as Coffee Supreme, Salt kitchen charcuterie, Tuki Farm, Powlett Hill flour, Inglenook dairy, Bunnyniong Blueberry farm and Millbrook farm free range eggs.
