The classes provide practical methods for improving the quality of lives and developing inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings.

The in-person setting fosters a supportive community and offers real-time interaction with the teacher for personalized guidance.

Classes include guided meditations and teachings to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek.

No prior experience needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome.
