At Sip Champagne Bar, they believe that every moment, big or small, is worth toasting. Sip Champagne Bar is a place to create memories, celebrate life’s victories, toast to love and revel in the company of friends and family.

Having been avid supporters over the past thirty years of many a wine and cocktail bar, both locally and overseas, owners Lauren and David saw an opportunity to offer something new, and a little bit different, to Ballarat. A space where your best dress or a bowtie won’t be out of place and sequins are highly encouraged!

As you immerse yourself in the refined, art deco-inspired ambience, the team invite you to explore their French-European influenced morsels, chat with the knowledgeable staff, and learn about the extensive selection of the finest champagnes and sparkling wines including classic French labels to exquisite boutique producers. All while enjoying fabulous nibbles from the 'Delectable Bites' food menu.

So whether it be a table for two, or a larger gathering of friends, spoil yourself and indulge in a unique and memorablee afternoon or evening.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
