Sweet tooths rejoice as Ballarat's Hot Choc Showdown is set to return with a city-wide celebration of winter’s favourite comfort drink.

Drink your way around the city and experience over 30 alcoholic and non-alcoholic hot chocolates before voting for the ultimate winner.

Winter Wonderlights at Sovereign Hill

Sovereign Hill's Winter Wonderlights

Sovereign Hill is set to come alive with Winter Wonderlights' stunning light projections, faux snow, wintry treats and a magical glow.

This year, Main Street will be filled with local storytelling bringing the Industrial Revolution to life, complete with sparks, flames, steam and more. 

Take your pick from a day ticket (10am-7pm), evening ticket (5pm-7pm Saturdays) or night ticket (8pm-10pm selected Fridays and Saturdays).

The pop-up ice rink's 45-minute sessions are perfect for a quick afternoon activity or evening group outing.
