Dinner and live Music as part of Fossickers Food Lovers series of chef curated food experiences.

Join in for a special banquet of slow cooked meats and delicious accompaniments designed and prepared by chef, Arlo Lawrence of Salis Artisan Foods.

The menu includes beef short ribs, juniper and maple glazed pork belly and hot chicken wings with a trio of salads, corn and cheddar bread, house pickles and their award winning Smoked bourbon barbeque sauce.

Capped off with a slice of apple pie and fresh cream for those who still have room.

The evening will feature the four-piece band, Smith & Holiday presenting the songs of Bessie Smith and Billie Holiday, celebrating International Women’s Day.
