During this whiskey experience, you'll have the opportunity to learn all about the production of whiskey from the ground up. You'll also get an insight into the, origins of the raw ingredients that we source from across Western Victoria, and the unique methods they use to distil the spirits.

Spend your afternoon amongst the copper stills and learn about on-grains distilling method and why their whiskey will be worth the wait.
