At Carboni’s Italian Kitchen you’ll experience authentic Italian food. Enjoy a selection of artisan wood fired pizzas, antipasti, pasta dishes, seafood and delicious desserts, all sharing a distinct, rustic Italian twist and perfect for relaxing with friends over a shared platter or glass of red.

Carboni’s Italian Kitchen serves the freshest local seasonal produce and is one of Ballarat’s premier relaxed dining destinations. The menu is hand crafted using carefully selected local and imported premium ingredients to reflect the classic and uncomplicated flavours of the Italian cuisine.

The fun, relaxed vibe and warm, welcoming atmosphere is equally at home for groups. Carboni’s private function room seats up to 25 guests or the restaurant offers exclusive use for up to 60 guests with easy food and drinks packages which guarantee a good time, whatever the occasion.

Carboni’s exclusive selection of Italian wine and Italian beer is unique to Ballarat and when you consider that Italy is one of the world’s largest wine producers and a brewer of high profile beers, sourcing good, interesting regional wines and beers for guests is something they enjoy and take pride in.

Carboni's Next Door Deli and Fresh Pasta is also now open. Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Sunday 9:00am to 3:00pm serving coffees, pastries, gourmet panini, fresh pastas and homemade sauces, pizzas, cured meats and lots more.
